At Desigenic, we are thrilled to have been a part of a collaborative effort with Clayco and LJC to bring the vision of Cambrex Pharmaceuticals to life. Our centralized design approach, combined with the expertise of Clayco and LJC, has resulted in a building project that sets a new standard for innovative and collaborative workspaces.

At the heart of the building are activity zones that have been designed to encourage collaboration and assembly, while also maximizing sunlight penetration. These spaces serve as the hub of the building, providing a vibrant and welcoming environment for all who use them.

The lab areas, covering 62,000 sqft, are equipped with the latest technologies and tools to support the research and development activities of Cambrex Pharmaceuticals. Our team has carefully considered the needs of research teams, creating a collaborative and flexible environment that promotes innovation and creativity.

The building also includes public and office spaces covering 28,000 sqft, providing ample room for individual and group activities. Our team has considered the latest trends in open office design, creating a dynamic and energetic environment that supports interaction and collaboration.

Sun access from the north-west areas of the building has been prioritized to maximize natural light and create a bright and airy environment. This not only reduces the building's energy consumption but also creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for all who use it.

The building's signature curvilinear design is a bold statement that sets it apart from traditional buildings and provides a functional and efficient space that supports the needs of its occupants. Our team has meticulously crafted the design to ensure that it not only enhances the building's aesthetic appeal but also supports the needs of its users.
